I’m Katherine, the founder of Words & Wellbeing. Everything I have done in my varied working career and life experience has brought me to this point, right here, right now! My father once said to me: “You think too deeply!” He was right. The answers to the questions “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?” have led me on a life long journey of exploring various religious practices, philosophies and ways of being. I have the privilege of being able to assist you in your personal and professional growth, through practical meditation and creative writing courses. The experience offered to clients by Words & Wellbeing took a lifetime to synthesize.

Wellbeing is a holistic approach to life which connects the mind, body and spirit through the practice and art of meditation. You don’t need to wear a robe or sit on a mountain top in order to live a more joyous, healthy and harmonious life. Katherine’s practical meditation and mindfulness courses are designed for busy people who need to reduce the effects of stress on their bodies and minds by simply learning the art of being in the present moment.
